The problem

What I'm trying to solve

A lot of experienced professionals see where AI is heading — but haven't started building yet. They collect tools, save articles, and wait for the right moment. The gap isn't talent or access to models. It's the missing bridge: repeatable methods, honest process, and proof that one person can ship.

Knowledge work is changing faster than most job descriptions. Personal notes pile up but don't compound. Side projects stall at v0 because scope never gets cut. The noise wins over the signal.

I'm living that transition — from platform engineering and product management to AI-native solo building — and documenting it in public so others don't have to guess what the path looks like.

The work

How I'm trying to help

I publish the full process — notes, failures, tool stack, and shipped projects — on this site. Not motivation. Artifacts you can reuse: systems, templates, code, and the specific tradeoffs I chose under real time constraints.

If you're a time-poor professional who wants leverage without the hype, this is built for you. My promise is simple: show what actually works, what didn't, and what comes next — so you can move from watching to building.
